The completion of investigation works, structural repairs/reinforcement, installation of new balcony handrails, installation of new Alumasc soffit pans, and installation of Polyroof anti-slip balcony coating.
All works were completed whilst the hotel was operational, in a phased manner, to facilitate the varying seasonal occupation levels.
