Make adjustments/repairs to all fire doors as per the door survey reports, fit hold open ‘doorguards’ where indicated, replace fire doors where required, install new doors and frames (and associated electric supplies) where required, repair/replace any breaches to fire integrity of all compartment walls as marked (Fire stopping/dampers etc), check cupboards for integrity and repair/replace plasterboard/firestopping as required and various new openings.

All works received third party sign-off to BM Trada standard.
