We are proud to have been trusted by CYPES and appointed as Principal Contractor for the full internal and partial external renovation works at d’Hautree House, for the benefit of The Lighthouse (formerly La Passerelle School), including but not limited to the following works:
- Removal of asbestos containing materials;
- Roofing repairs;
- Wet rot treatment works;
- Structural repair work including installation of new steels;
- Replacement dormer windows;
- Installation of new fire compartments;
- Installation of new BM Trada certified door sets (third party approved);
- Installation of new PVC double glazed windows;
- Installation of new electrical, fire alarm and door control system;
- Construction of new electrical outbuilding to facilitate installation of new electrical mains supply to d’Hautree House and 3 x Highlands College buildings;
- Installation of new plumbing cylinder and pipework;
- Installation of new AOV’s and sprinkler system;
- Installation of new servery kitchen and teaching kitchen;
- Full internal and external decoration works;
- Installation of new flooring throughout;
- Installation of new suspended ceilings throughout;
- New external fencing and gym equipment.
