Anti-Slip Surfaces

We are the islands only approved contractors for the anti-SLIP safety treatment from Surefoot Systems which was developed specifically for all types of glazed surface and we can also provide a solution for all types of safety surfacing problems including metal, concrete and wooden surfaces.

A full supply and apply service is available which includes free site survey, specification and estimate. We have a number of products available and each surface will have specific requirements.

We are also able to offer clients patio and deck treatments incorporating anti slip coatings allowing a one application solution.

Balcony Coating Systems

Our portfolio of systems are available in a range of colours and finishes, and are ideal for both refurbishment and new build applications including balconies and terraces, flat roofs, green roofs, gutters and lead and copper reproductions.

To ensure optimum quality of installation these systems are only installed by approved contractors and are available with guarantees for up to 25 years.

Damp Proof System

A damp-proof course (DPC) is a horizontal barrier in a wall designed to resist moisture rising through the structure by capillary action – a phenomenon known as rising damp.

Brick, stone and mortar are porous allowing damp from the ground to rise by capillary action, carrying with it ground salts including chlorides and nitrates. These salts from the ground can absorb moisture from the atmosphere leading to wall dampness in conditions of high relative humidity. Also they can ruin decorations and break down internal plaster.

We are able to offer a range of Belzona paint treatments to metal surfaces offering manufacturer warrantied finishes.

As a Keim specialist contractor we are able to use robust and sensitive solutions to cater for the external and interior decoration of heritage properties along with long lasting treatments to exposed metal work such as railings and handrails.

Wall & Loft Insulation

Cavity Wall & Loft Insulation

Rockwool Energy Saver cavity wall insulation is an entirely dry system which uses granulated Rockwool blown into an external wall cavity to a predetermined density. No glues or catalysts are involved in the installation procedure.

The system may be used to improve the thermal insulation of both new and existing masonry cavity walls as well as certain types of non-traditional structures.

Rockwool EnergySaver blown cavity wool does not create a bridge or capillary path within the cavity that might allow rainwater to penetrate to the inner leaf.Cavity-wall-insulation041

As certified Rockwool Energy Saver installers our works are audited and guaranteed for the life of your property.

We are also able to offer clients loft insulation services.

Various external insulated render systems are available on a project specific design basis.

Vandex is the worldwide registered trademark for a range of professional construction chemical products for waterproofing, protection and repair of concrete and for building protection.

Oldroyd manufactures a wide range of drainage membranes for the building and construction industries and is a market leader in membrane technology and production.

As approved installers of these products we are able to offer clients the security against penetrating and rising damp which would normally damage internal finishes.
