Building Renovations Ltd is a locally owned and managed company with local directors and principles.
We have been providing innovative solutions to construction related issues for over 26 years.
The management team has grown in experience and ability with the company now employing recognised construction managers with proven track records in business and project delivery allowing the company to offer a greater selection of services to our clients.
To compliment the recognised specialist services provided by the company new services such as construction, project management and shop fitting have been added with great success.
Over the past four years the company has branched out into the delivery of true construction and shop fitting offering clients a fresh non contractual approach to project delivery.
The company currently employs 38 full time locally qualified members of staff and holds employment licences for an additional 17 members of staff should demand or future expansion require.
Our staff are trained within their field of expertise and receive regular training updates from our specialist treatment suppliers allowing our product applications to be current and effective.
Customer service training has been undertaken by all employees to ensure that our clients receive a courteous and efficient service.
Our management and technicians continuously strives to deliver a world class service to its customers and welcomes feedback on how we can improve our service.

Our Senior Management Team
The day to day management of the business is led by Paul Richardson who is supported by a senior management team.
Contracts Management responsibilities are undertaken by Stuart Thomson who is a time served carpenter and construction manager with 33 years experience within the local construction industry.
Our Sites Manager is Richard Dunleavy with over 35 years experience in the construction industry.He is directly responsible for the day to day management and quality control on all of our projects.
Our Office Team
Our office is manned from 8am util 5.30pm Monday to Friday, during peak times of activity and out of hours we have an answering machine so short contact messages can be left.
Allison Harrison manages our administration function and will be your first point of contact when you phone.
Karen O’Neil manages our accounts function and will be your contact regarding all things financial.
The Board of Building Renovations Ltd is made up of two local Directors, Paul Richardson and Andy Hunter.
Paul Richardson, our Managing Director, has worked within the local construction and facilities management industries for over 33 years and has 16 years senior management experience at Director level in both these sectors.
Paul has worked for many of the Islands premier construction companies and delivered many prestigious projects as a Site Manager and Contracts Manager before moving into company management in 1999.
Paul is an active members of many local organisations and is the current Chairman of the Jersey Safety Council and a former trustee of the Centre Point Trust.
Andy Hunter, our other Director, acts as a business mentor as his primary interest are the management at board level of Argent Energy (UK) Ltd, The UK’s largest waste to energy bio fuel manufacturer.
Whilst Andy does spend many weeks off Island he does remain active in supporting the management team when required.
